This 3K twill glossy tube is roll wrapped on a precision mandrel from T300 3K prepreg: the 3K twill weave under a high-gloss clear coat is the outside ply, the bore stays as-cured and liner-free, and the 24 mm outside diameter is ground and 100 % inspected to ±0.10 mm. At a 1.0 mm wall it weighs 112 g per metre and carries a 22 mm bore — the usual choice for heavy-lift drone arms, robot linkages, tent poles and structural frames. Stock lengths ship in 1–2 days; cut-to-length, slotting, tapping and colour matching are quoted from a drawing.
